With all the improvements and how naturally Phantom Liberty fits into the story, I wish this had been my first experience with Cyberpunk 2077.

This DLC is what the base game should have been. Totally recommend this dlc if you really like the character Mr.Hands and want to expand his lore. The story is okay, I wouldn't consider it as good as the main story, still worth playing if you like to expand and explore more of Night City and see more interactions/dialogue with Johnny SilverHand.
